Digiscape, the digital 'governance, risk and compliance' giant, has acquired Temaswiss, the Singaporean compliance consultancy, for an undisclosed amount.

DigiScape was formed under the Nityo Holdings group of companies in order to provide specialized solutions in support of Digital Transformation and GRC solutions serving both the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance market and the broader Governance, Risk and Compliance sector.  Nityo Infotech is a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. DigiScape uses Nityo’s extensive global infrastructure and network of 27 offices in 15 countries.

Temaswiss is a think-tank of veteran bankers, risk managers and financial crime risk specialists with a combined experience exceeding seventy years. Temaswiss Wealth, Temaswiss Consult and Temaswiss Analytics (the three Temaswiss business lines) provide domain expertise training to relationship bankers, risk managers and other compliance people, bespoke GRC advice, and operational Big Data services.
