The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission says that new forms are now available as e-forms which can be completed and saved online for registration purposes.

Once the forms are completed they must be printed, signed and submitted in hard copy to the commission along with the relevant supporting documents.

• Form 2A – Registration as a Broker-Dealer, Investment Advisor or Underwriter (Corporate Form Only)
• Form 2B – Registration as an Investment Advisor (Individuals Only)

These e-forms are available on the SEC website and at the following link: https://capital.ttsec.org.tt/webforms/
