The Organisation for Economic Control and Development has published ten so-called 'peer review reports' to do with countries' progress towards the implementation of its international standard for exchange of information on request.

The reports allocated ratings for compliance with each part of the standard, plus overall ratings in some cases. Switzerland received a general rating of “largely compliant.”

The OECD's Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information also reviewed practices related to the exchange of information in six other jurisdictions, five of which – Albania, Cameroon, Gabon, Pakistan and Senegal - it also hailed as largely compliant, with the United Arab Emirates rated as partially compliant.

With the release of the latest batch of reviews, the Global Forum has now completed  235 peer reviews. Egypt has just joined the forum, bringing its membership up to 135.
