Cordium, the compliance consultancy, is expanding its compliance services for US and foreign broker-dealers and investment advisers with the launch of a new regulatory hosting solution in the United States.

This platform complements the firm’s existing IT that guides firms through the registration process if they want to be regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

This expansion will allow Cordium to support financial firms that want to start marketing without the need for SEC registration or FINRA membership, especially if the cost and effort involved in registration and membership is not worth it.
