Jersey-based , provider of trust and fund administration services, has appointed James Ireland as its new chief financial officer.
Based in Sanne’s London office, Ireland will be taking over the role from Spencer Daley, who will be moving into the role of head of M&A and strategy.
Ireland, who will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the global business and its regional operations, most recently led Investec's support services sector team. He has also been a close advisor to Sanne for more than three years.
"He has worked very closely with Dean Godwin, Sanne's chief executive, and engaged well with the broader management team and board at Sanne,” said Rupert Robson, chairman of Sanne Group. “His background will be a great asset in helping the business to deliver its future development and global growth plans."
In May, this publication reported that Sanne had appointed Tracy Burns as director of global operations, a role based at the firm’s headquarters in Jersey.
Sanne has offices in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
