Momentum Multi-Asset Value Trust plc 
, a UK investment trust, has appointed Jeroen Huysinga as non-executive director, starting in June.

Huysinga, who is also a director of European Opportunities Trust plc, and a trustee of a number of charitable foundations, recently completed a master's degree in charity finance and administration at the Bayes Business School in London, the firm said.

Prior to this, Huysinga managed funds at JPMorgan Asset Management for 23 years until 2020. He was formerly a managing director in JPMorgan's global equities team and was lead portfolio manager for JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc for over 10 years. Huysinga was also a Japanese equities specialist at Lombard Odier and worked at the British Steel Pension Fund.

Momentum Multi-Asset Value Trust plc, a UK investment trust with net assets of £57.7 million ($72 million) on 30 April 2022, is managed by Momentum Global Investment Management which has more than 20 years’ experience in multi-asset and value investing.

Allspring Global Investments
, an asset manager with more than $541 billion in assets under management, has appointed Nora Jordan, Kay Madati, and Charles Roame to join its board of directors. This brings the board to a full complement of 11 members, who are gender and ethnically diverse, the firm added.

Jordan is a senior counsel at Davis Polk, a global law firm with an investment management practice, whilst Madati is the chief commercial officer at FIFA, the international governing body for football. Roame is the founder and managing partner at Tiburon Strategic Advisors, a boutique advisory firm, which provides advice to CEOs, senior executives, and boards in banking, insurance, brokerage, investment management, and FinTech.
