The business’s expansion of its transformation team forms part of a multimillion-pound and multi-year investment into its award-winning proprietary platform, the firm said in a statement. Glossop, who brings experience of delivering digital transformation projects, has served as power platform lead at PwC. At 7IM, he will lead the development of the Microsoft stack, driving innovation and efficiency as part of the company’s broader technology and transformation agenda. Part of this includes putting data into the cloud which will boost the resilience and scalability of our platform,” Chris Phillips, chief transformation officer at 7IM said. “Tom’s rich experience of leading large-scale digital transformation projects and deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies makes him a valuable addition to our talented and growing team.” Periskop Partners Brambring will collaborate with Periskop Partners’ investment teams, including senior living, logistics, land development, and mezzanine capital. The goal is to identify, assess, and execute promising investment opportunities across the entire capital structure. Before joining Periskop Partners, Brambring spent 11 years at PGIM Real Estate Germany, where he most recently served as managing director and head of Germany. During his tenure, he oversaw acquisitions exceeding €2 billion ($2.05 billion) in asset classes such as office, logistics, and residential real estate, while fostering long-term relationships with investors and operating partners. With more than two decades of experience in real estate investments and asset management across Europe, Brambring brings industry knowledge and an extensive network. His prior roles include managing director and co-head of Germany at the Blackstone Group, where he led asset and portfolio management in Germany and Central Europe. He began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle, advising institutional investors on acquisitions and portfolio sales in Germany and Switzerland. Additionally, he worked for several years at Europa Capital Partners, focusing on acquisitions in Germany, Austria, Poland, and Scandinavia. Brambring holds a master’s degree in property valuation, finance, and law from Cass Business School in London. Berlin-headquartered , an independent investment advisor specialising in the real estate sector, has appointed Dominik Brambring as the managing partner of the newly-established Periskop Opportunities GmbH.

Offshore law firm has appointed Claire van Overdijk, KC, as a partner in its dispute resolution business in Bermuda.
The lawyer is experienced in contentious and non-contentious trust and estate disputes as well as commercial and civil litigation. She also has a practice advising on domestic and offshore wealth structuring and estate planning matters, including the creation, restructuring and termination of trust structures, matters relating to trust administration, as well as probate and testamentary issues.
Prior to this role, van Overdijk practised at another Bermuda law firm. Before this, she practised as a barrister at Outer Temple Chambers in London. She holds an LLM in public international law from Leiden University, an LLB from University College London, and completed the Bar Vocational Course at Bristol Institute of Legal Practice. She was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2022 and the Bar of England and Wales in 2003. Van Overdijk is a member of the STEP Bermuda Committee.
