Collas Crill Forms New Trust Company In Jersey
The new entity is aimed at ultra-high net worth families and individuals.
The Collas Crill group has launched a new trust company in
Jersey, Collas Crill Trust – the same name as its sister company
in Guernsey.
Trust expert Siobhan Crick is joining the Jersey team as
director of client services to develop the business. She will
be working with Katie Bonfrer, who joined the group in the
summer as group managing director of Collas Crill Trust and
corporate services spanning Jersey, Guernsey and the Cayman
Islands.
“Our aim with the new offering in Jersey is to provide bespoke
solutions for a small number of ultra-high net worth families and
individuals,” Bonfrer said.
The group's trust and corporate services businesses now comprise
Collas Crill Trust in Guernsey and in Jersey, and Collas Crill
Corporate Services, which offers a range of corporate, regulatory
and governance services in the Cayman Islands.
The group employs more than 260 people in offices in the British
Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey and
London.
