North West-based financial planning company Foresight
Wealth Group has bought its second firm in two years: Cassons
Financial Planning, an independent wealth advisor.
The deal adds over £120 million ($150.4 million) in assets and
700 clients to the group’s existing portfolio, which is dealt
with through its financial planning arm, Foresight Wealth
Strategists.
Foresight will take over Cassons’ existing Burnley offices and
staff to deal with the increased volume of planning with
Foresight’s clients, who are located across the UK, Foresight
said in a statement late last week.
In 2022, Foresight, headquartered in Hale, Cheshire, integrated
with Platinum SRI in 2022.
Cassons Financial Planning traces its roots back to the early
1990s. Meanwhile, Steven Greenwood, director, has decided to
retire.
