New York-listed Envestnet, a provider of wealth management technology and services to financial advisors, has added Cynthia Egan to its board of directors.

Egan most recently served as president of retirement plan services at T Rowe Price, having retired in December last year. At T Rowe, Egan was also a member of the Operational Steering Committee; a board member of the T Rowe Price Trust Company; and chair of the T Rowe Price Women’s Roundtable.

Egan previously spent 18 years at Fidelity Investments and started her career in financial services with the Federal Reserve’s board of governors.
