Fenergo Appoints Chief Customer Officer
The appointee, who comes from Salesforce, has also worked at Euronext, and major banks such as Santander and UBS.
Fenergo, the
Ireland-headquartered know your customer (KYC) and client
lifecycle management (CLM) tech solutions firm, has appointed a
chief customer officer: Andrew Brandman.
Based in New York, Brandman joins from Salesforce, where he
served as chief customer officer of financial services. Before
that he served in C-suite roles at CIT and NYSE Euronext. He has
also had management spots at UBS, Santander, and Credit
Suisse.
This news service has asked Fenergo if this role is a
newly-formed one and may update in due course.
Brandman will oversee all post-sale functions from client
onboarding to software implementation, adoption and customer
success, Fenergo said in a statement. His work experience runs to
more than three decades.
In the role, Brandman reports to Fenergo CEO Marc Murphy.
