Ocorian Builds German Presence

The business already has a presence in Germany via a subsidiary which provides loan agency and bond trustee services in Northern Europe.

This week, Ocorian, which provides specialist services to financial institutions, asset managers, corporates, and HNW individuals, said it is collaborating with Bartsch, a German boutique tax and corporate services provider.

The move is designed to strengthen Ocorian’s European footprint and bolster its presence in Germany.

Ocorian already has a presence in Germany via Nordic Trustee, which provides loan agency and bond trustee services in Northern Europe. The firm has an office in Frankfurt’s financial centre.

In other activities, Ocorian regularly issues surveys on views of family offices, for example on governance trends around the world.

Last year, this news service took a closer look at Germany's family offices sector, and the key institutions serving it, particularly large domestic and international banks. (See here and here.)
