UK accountantsUHY Hacker Young have appointed Stephanie Parker as the new trust manager on their London private client team.

Ms Parker was previously senior tax manager atChavereys, which specialises in advising private clients and landed estates. She specialises in inheritance tax planning, with particular expertise in advising on business and agricultural property reliefs.

She also specialises in advising on national heritage assets, conditional exemption from inheritance tax and the agreement of douceurs (money given as a bonus or gift) on sales to public institutions.

Her new employer has fee income of over £43.4 million ($70.7 million), 18 offices, 86 partners and over 450 staff. The firm is the founding member ofUHY, an accountancy network with offices in financial centres across the world.
