Sandaire Expands Real Estate Arm, Expansion Rolls On
The latest move comes after the MFO launched its corporate finance arm and enhanced private equity business earlier this year.
Sandaire, the
international multi-family office, has expanded its offering with
a new real estate advisory arm, following the launch this year of
corporate finance and enhanced private equity businesses.
The offering, Sandaire Real Estate, will provide strategic
portfolio, transaction and asset management services and advice,
as well as the ongoing management of individual property assets
and portfolios for both new and existing clients. As part of the
launch, the firm has appointed Chris Horler as managing director
while Robert Stokely has been appointed as a director.
Horler, a chartered surveyor, has over 30 years’ experience in
real estate. Horler specialised in investment valuation and
finance and went on to establish pan European real estate
businesses for Royal Bank of Scotland and HBOS across Europe. He
was head of Europe for REIT Asset Management and latterly
director of property at Arbuthnot Latham, where he set up their
commercial property finance business in 2016.
Stokely is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors and has more than 25 years’ commercial property
experience. Prior to joining Sandaire, Stokely was a founder and
director of LSH Investment Management. Between 2006 and 2015, he
was an equity partner at Edward Symmons prior to its acquisition
by Lambert Smith Hampton. Previously he ran his own eponymous
commercial property consultancy, Stokely Commercial.
This news service interviewed Fleming about
Sandaire's strategy here. The organisation is also a member
of the Wigmore Association, a network of chief executives and
chief investment officers from a clutch of MFOs around the world.
One such MFO is Pitcairn, in the US. (See

including Asia (see
