UK Law House Expands Private Client Team

The firm has kicked off the new year with a series of fresh hires.

Penningtons Manches, the law firm, has strengthened its private client team with the addition of three new lawyers in the South of the UK.

Associate Rachel Spruce joins the firm’s Guilford office from GRM Law. She advises on a range of private client matters including will drafting, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, probate and lifetime trusts.

The group’s probate and trusts disputes team in Basingstoke welcomes associates Jack Bailey and Jessica Davies.

Bailey joins from Blandy & Blandy with “significant experience” in court of protection matters and mental capacity law, Penningtons Manches said.

Davies, who completed her training at the London office of an unnamed US law firm, acts for clients nationwide on all aspects of UK trust and probate litigation.
