Walker Crips Appoints New Compliance Leadership

The UK investment and wealth manager has made an executive appointment.

Walker Crips has appointed Guy Jackson as head of group compliance and executive director to the board.

Jackson has served as head of compliance at Nutmeg Saving and Investment and NewSmith Asset Management. He brings over 25 years’ experience in senior compliance roles in the investment sector. Based in London, he has also been appointed company secretary.

Jackson succeeds David Hall who stepped down as compliance head in May this year.

Earlier this month, Walker Crips hired Holly Ward and Edward Lester as investment managers, also within its London head office.
