Brothers Asset Management (CBAM) has appointed Tom Squire as
senior investment director based in the firm’s London Mayfair
office. Joining from Investec Wealth & Investment, Squire will
bolster CBAM’s bespoke offering, bringing almost two decades of
experience managing portfolios for HNW individuals and families,
their advisors, charities and companies, the firm said in a
statement.
The business has offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Chester, Chichester, Edinburgh, Farnham, Gatwick, Glasgow, Guernsey, London, Manchester, Midlands, Newcastle and Northwich.

Global offshore law firm Harneys has appointed partners
Jessica Williams and Ben Hobden as co-heads of the Cayman Islands
Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring practice group, starting
in May.
Williams, who joined the firm in 2013, has been a partner in Harneys’ Cayman Islands office since 2017. She is one of the team’s most experienced litigators. Her practice focuses on insolvency and restructuring, and trust and estate litigation, along with shareholder disputes, and asset tracing and enforcement. Williams' clients include financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, trustees, court appointed administrators, and other officeholders, the firm said in a statement.
Hobden joined Harneys as a partner in September 2023. With over a decade of experience practising in the Cayman Islands, he advises financial institutions, directors and corporates across a wide range of commercial litigation matters. He is an expert in restructuring by way of scheme of arrangement, activist shareholder litigation, insurance disputes, all forms of interim relief and general corporate disputes, the firm continued. Hobden acts for insolvency practitioners, debtors and creditors in insolvency and restructuring matters.
