Amicorp receives regulatory green light in Bahamas

A global firm operating in areas such as trusts, private clients and corporates has obtained regulatory clearance in the Caribbean jurisdiction.
Amicorp Bahamas Management has been granted a licence to act as a financial and corporate services provider by the Securities Commission of the Bahamas and is now fully operational.
The firm provides the registered office and acts as registered agent for all new incorporations and companies wishing to continue as a company from a foreign jurisdiction to the Bahamas.
The firm has offices across the globe, in the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, the Indian sub-continent, and Indian Ocean jurisdictions, such as Seychelles. Services include areas such as private clients, trusts, fiduciary matters, advice over the US FATCA Act, and corporates.
