The Austrian Financial Market Authority has approved the first “universal registration document” in accordance with the new EU Prospectus Regulation that has applied since 21 July this year.
This was a new multi-part base prospectus, where a description about the issuer (the registration form), together with a specific securities note that is to be approved subsequently, form a prospectus.
The FMA approved 21 capital market prospecti during the third quarter of the year, one more (+5%) than in the third quarter of last year.
