ACA Compliance Group's board of directors has appointed Shvetank Shah, who used to work at Gartner, as its head. His new job is to oversee all global operations and the corporate strategy for growth.
Mr Shah previously worked at Gartner in many senior capacities, lately in its Technology & Service Provider wing. He operates from an office in Silver Spring in the US state of Maryland. He has almost 30 years of experience as a business unit general manager, strategic advisor, operator and entrepreneur in information services. He has led global businesses in software-as-a-service or SaaS, research, executive education and benchmarking.
Before joining ACA, Mr Shah spent 17 years at Gartner and CEB (whose IT, finance, legal, operations, risk and strategy wings he headed up). He helped to integrate Gartner's and CEB's operations after their merger. Beforehand he was the founding CEO of CNet Networks’ Indian operations and a management consultant at PwC and PA Consulting Group.
ACA completed its acquisition of Cordium, another giant in the field of compliance consultancy, in 2018.
