Luke Durrant, 31, of Ipswich in England, has pled guilty to committing two counts of fraud against clients during a two-year spell as an independent financial advisor in the employ of Sophex Ltd.

The firm has offices in Norfolk and Suffolk; Durrant worked in the latter. His misconduct was detected by someone at Sophex, which trades as Lifetime Financial Solutions and performs estate planning among other things. He has yet to be sentenced.
