Clayton to speak at virtual conference on SEC regulation outside the US

Jay Clayton, the chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, is to speak at an online conference on 15 and 16 September.

Eleven other senior representatives from the SEC will join him, along with some international securities regulators and expert financiers at this year's digital SEC Regulation Outside the United States Think-In. The discussion's attendees will earn CLE/CPD points.

SEC Regulation Outside the United States is now in its 23rd year. Among the participants will be: Stephanie Avaikan, the co-director of the SEC's Division of Enforcement; David Bartels, the deputy chief counsel at the Division of Investment Management; Dalia Blass, a director at the same; Pete Driscoll, a director at OCIE, the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations; Brett Redfearn, the director of the Division of Trading and Markets; and Barry Summer, an associate director at the Division of Corporation Finance.
