The global financial services tech firm Dion Global Solutions is forming a strategic alliance with US Tax and Financial Services in order to further its Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act compliance solutions and better deal with the growing regulatory changes to US tax laws.

In this respect, the former’s expertise will help track future regulatory developments within the US Internal Revenue Service tax code and advise Dion on the changes required to its software in order for its users to remain fully compliant.
The move highlights how technology firms in the financial services sector have seen the [tag|FATCA|]FATCA Act[/tag], and other regulations, as a driver of technology spending by businesses seeking to control compliance costs.
